Eurocopter EC 145, now  Airbus Helicopters H145  is a general purpose helicopter manufactured by  Eurocopter. The Eurocopter Group was formed in  1992  by the merger of the helicopter divisions of Aérospatiale and Daimler-Benz Aerospace AG.
 originally referred to as  BK 117 C2, this model was based on the MBB/Kawasaki BK 117 C1 and became part of Eurocopter's 1992 production line.
 It has two engines and can carry up to nine passengers. The device is suitable for passenger transport, emergency medical services, search and rescue and other services of general interest.
